HFM Realty is actively hiring licensed real estate agents in Framingham and the MetroWest area. This opportunity is ideal for agents looking to grow their business, increase their income, and keep more of their commission in a flexible, virtual brokerage.

Responsibilities:
- Generate and follow up with buyer and seller leads
- Conduct property showings and open houses
- List and market residential properties
- Negotiate contracts and manage transactions through closing
- Build and maintain a consistent client pipeline
- Stay current on Framingham and MetroWest market trends
Qualifications:
- Active Massachusetts Real Estate License (required)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Ability to work independently
- Knowledge of Framingham / MetroWest market (preferred)
- New and experienced agents welcome
Compensation:
- Up to 90% commission split
- No commission cap
