HFM Realty is seeking motivated real estate agents to work in Brookline and the Greater Boston market. If you’re a go-getter who wants to grow your business, increase your income, and work with an experienced brokerage, this is the opportunity.

Job Type:

Full-time / Part-time.
Commission-based.
Work remotely with full support, training, and systems in place.

Responsibilities:

Generate and convert buyer and seller leads.
Conduct showings, open houses, and listing presentations.
Market and list residential properties.
Negotiate contracts and manage transactions through closing.
Build and maintain a strong client pipeline.
Deliver high-level service to clients.
Stay current on Brookline and Greater Boston market trends.

Qualifications:

Active Massachusetts Real Estate License (required).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Highly motivated and goal-oriented.
Ability to work independently.
Entrepreneurial mindset.
New and experienced agents welcome.

Compensation:

Up to 90% commission split.
No commission cap.
