HFM Realty is seeking licensed real estate agents to serve Fort Lauderdale and surrounding Broward County areas.
Job Type:
- Full-time / Part-time.
- Commission-based.
- Work remotely with full support, training, and systems in place.
Responsibilities:
- Generate and manage buyer and seller leads.
- Conduct showings, open houses, and listing presentations.
- Market and list residential properties, including waterfront and luxury homes.
- Negotiate contracts and manage transactions through closing.
- Build and maintain a strong client pipeline.
- Stay current on Fort Lauderdale market trends.
Qualifications:
- Active Florida Real Estate License (required).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Ability to work independently.
- Interest in working in a high-demand, lifestyle-driven market.
- New and experienced agents welcome.
Compensation:
- Up to 90% commission split.
- No commission cap.
