Real Estate Agent (Licensed) – Newton, MA | Up to 90% Commission | No Cap.

HFM Realty is seeking licensed real estate agents who want to grow their business while working alongside an experienced agency — without sacrificing a large portion of their commission.
Job Type:
- Full-time / Part-time.
- Commission-based.
- Work remotely with full support, training, and systems in place.
Responsibilities:
- Generate and manage buyer and seller leads.
- Conduct property showings, open houses, and listing presentations.
- List and market residential properties.
- Negotiate contracts and manage transactions through closing.
- Build and maintain a strong client pipeline.
- Stay current on Newton and Greater Boston market trends.
- Deliver high-level client service throughout the transaction.
Qualifications:
- Active Massachusetts Real Estate License (required).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a growth mindset.
- Ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of Newton / Greater Boston market (preferred).
- New and experienced agents welcome.
Compensation:
- Up to 90% commission split.
- No commission cap.
