HFM Realty is seeking licensed real estate agents to serve West Palm Beach and surrounding areas. This opportunity is ideal for agents who want to focus on high-end, quality sales while maximizing their commission and working with an experienced brokerage.
Job Type:
- Full-time / Part-time.
- Commission-based.
- Work remotely with full support, training, and systems in place.
Responsibilities:
- Represent buyers and sellers in residential transactions.
- Work with high-value and luxury properties.
- Conduct showings, open houses, and listing presentations.
- Market properties to attract qualified buyers.
- Negotiate contracts and manage deals through closing.
- Build and maintain a strong client pipeline.
- Deliver a high level of professionalism and client service.
Qualifications:
- Active Florida Real Estate License (required).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Professional, client-focused approach.
- Self-motivated with a drive to succeed.
- Ability to work independently.
- Experience with luxury or high-end clients (preferred, not required).
Compensation:
- Up to 90% commission split.
- No commission cap.
