Recruiting Realtor / Real Estate Agent – Norwalk, CT | City & Suburban Specialist | Up to 90% Commission | No Cap.
Serve both city and suburban markets in one of Connecticut’s most dynamic real estate areas.
HFM Realty is seeking licensed real estate professionals to work as Realtor specialists in Norwalk and surrounding Fairfield County. This role is ideal for agents who want to build a strong local presence while working across both urban and suburban communities.
Job Type:
- Full-time / Part-time.
- Commission-based.
- Work remotely with full support, training, and systems in place.
Responsibilities:
- Represent buyers and sellers in residential transactions.
- Serve clients across city and suburban markets.
- Conduct showings, open houses, and listing presentations.
- Develop local expertise in Norwalk neighborhoods and surrounding towns.
- Market and list properties effectively.
- Negotiate contracts and manage transactions through closing.
- Build and maintain a strong referral and client pipeline.
Qualifications:
- Active Connecticut Real Estate License (required).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work with diverse clients and property types.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Knowledge of Norwalk / Fairfield County market (preferred).
- New and experienced agents welcome.
Compensation:
- Up to 90% commission split.
- No commission cap.
