HFM Realty is seeking licensed real estate agents to serve Stamford and surrounding Fairfield County areas. This role is ideal for agents who want to deliver high-value service and build a strong presence in both city and suburban markets.
Job Type:
- Full-time / Part-time.
- Commission-based.
- Work remotely with full support, training, and systems in place.
Responsibilities:
- Represent buyers and sellers in residential transactions.
- Conduct showings, open houses, and listing presentations.
- Market and list properties effectively.
- Negotiate contracts and manage transactions through closing.
- Build and maintain a consistent client pipeline.
- Develop expertise in Stamford neighborhoods and surrounding towns.
- Provide exceptional client service from start to finish.
What You Bring to the Market:
- Local knowledge of Stamford and Fairfield County.
- Ability to guide clients relocating from NYC and nearby areas.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications:
- Active Connecticut Real Estate License (required).

Compensation:
