HFM Realty is seeking licensed real estate agents to serve Braintree and the South Shore. This opportunity is ideal for agents who want to build a strong, sustainable business while working with a brokerage that prioritizes agent growth, support, and long-term success.
Job Type:
- Full-time / Part-time.
- Commission-based.
- Work remotely with full support, training, and systems in place.
Responsibilities:
- Generate and manage buyer and seller leads.
- Conduct showings, open houses, and listing presentations.
- List and market residential properties.
- Negotiate contracts and manage transactions through closing.
- Build and maintain a consistent client pipeline.
- Stay current on Braintree and South Shore market trends.
Qualifications:
- Active Massachusetts Real Estate License (required).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of South Shore communities (preferred).
- New and experienced agents welcome.
Compensation:
- Up to 90% commission split.
- No commission cap.
