Job Type:
- Full-time / Part-time.

Responsibilities:
- Represent buyers and sellers in residential transactions.
- Conduct showings, open houses, and listing presentations.
- Market and list residential properties.
- Negotiate contracts and manage transactions through closing.
- Build and maintain a strong local client pipeline.
- Develop expertise in New Haven neighborhoods and surrounding areas.
Qualifications:
- Active Connecticut Real Estate License (required).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work independently.

Compensation:
- Up to 90% commission split.
